It’s all about recruiting the right people to join your team. But how do you find them? Recruiting is more than just what you do. It is how you are doing it and why.

When you’re going in to this opportunity to bring more women into this business, think about the woman on her knees praying every night for God to send her the answer to whatever it is that she’s dealing with.

When you’re writing your posts, I want you to speak to that woman. Talk to her, connect with her. Talk to the woman who has been praying for something that is going to give her the spark that she lost when she became a mom. Post for the woman who’s so deep in debt she has no idea where she’s going to get groceries from in the next week. Post for those women, think about who you’re speaking to when you’re writing your posts.

Don’t just post and be like “OMG it’s just $49.99 get on this! It’s so cheap! Earn more! Sign up right now!” NOPE. That’s not speaking to anyone. If you want to get people to join you, you have to be speaking to someone. You have to speak to that person so when they read your post they’re like “dang, is she reading my mind?! Is she talking to me?!” That’s the only way you’re gonna get people to pay attention to you. That’s the only way they’re gonna stop scrolling, read your post and be like “wow, THIS is what I’ve been praying for.”

Nobody’s out there looking for the next company they’re going to join. So you posting about your company, how incredible and amazing it is…. NO ONE CARES. That will do NOTHING for you. People aren’t out there looking for a company to join. They’re out there looking for the answer to their struggles. They’re looking for the answer to the problems in their lives. So you need to share how you can answer their problem with this opportunity.

When you’re writing your posts, write them with the intention to help someone. To someone who’s struggling with anxiety, with their finances, with their confidence. You can talk about anything but make sure it’s coming from a place where you wanting to help solve the problems of the woman that’s been praying for this.

Think about the words she’s saying. She’s not saying “OMG I want to be in network marketing. All my problems will be solved once I join this company.” Hell noooo. What is she thinking, then? She’s thinking:

“I hate going to the mailbox because there are bills in there that I can’t pay right now.”

“I don’t even know when I’m going to be able to go to the grocery again. I wish I didn’t have to wait until payday to go grocery shopping.”

I do not feel like myself since I had kids. I wish I could feel like that again.”

“My job pays my bills but I don’t feel like I’m accomplishing something. I don’t have a purpose, I feel like I’m missing something in my life. Am I only supposed to work my whole life, pay bills and die??”

These are the things they’re thinking; you have the answers to those thoughts, you just have to let her know. 

BUT she won’t know that from you saying “Join now, it’s only $49.99!!” right?? You might get some people to join, but guess who? Those who will maybe try for 2 weeks and when they don’t see their business exploding, they’re gonna go bye-bye! And you’ll be left with zeros in your back office and wondering “why are they all quitting?!” Well because they’re only here because of $49.99.

If you really want to build a team that’s going to make an impact, you have to think different. There might be people who aren’t ready for this and that’s completely okay. Bless and release, and go find the people who are. The people who you’ll be able to lock arms with and make a difference.
