I’ve done a couple blogs on Soul Systems but I really want to focus on HOW it’s going to help you with pretty much every struggle in your business right now. Honestly, I can’t think of a single struggle that Soul Systems won’t solve. It’ll help you with time management, organization, strategy, confidence, and so much more! You’re finally going to be able to run your business that feels right for you.

The whole point of Soul Systems is creating systems that come from your soul. They’re not designed because it works for me, they’re designed because you’ll get to figure out what works for you.

The problem in this industry is that most up-lines and leaders give you what worked for them and they say “this is how I got successful, so here’s exactly what I did and it’s what you should do too.” The thing is, everyone’s different! What worked for one doesn’t mean it’ll work for the next one too. That’s why so many people get into this industry and think they’re going to be so successful because they’re doing exactly what their leader did. No two people are going to get the same results even if they do the exact same thing.

One of the biggest downfalls of this industry is that we preach duplication and DUPLICATION DOESN’T WORK. DUPLICATION NEEDS TO COME FROM SYSTEMS. Instead of duplicating the exact same actions, we should duplicate the system instead. Find your place in this industry. I believe every single person that joins this biz CAN find success if they just find out what their gifts and strengths are, and capitalize on that!

THAT’S THE POWER OF SOUL SYSTEMS. It’s going to boost your confidence, increase your network ORGANICALLY, have an actual sales strategy, and lead people to your team!

SHINE SYSTEM – Personal Development System

The whole concept behind this is to help you SHINE! This is one of THE most important part of your biz that a lot of people skip. If you’re not working on yourself from the inside out then you’re not giving your biz everything that you could possibly give it. You’re the determining factor of how successful your business will be.

Your belief is your lid; it’s the cap that you’re putting on your own business. The bigger you grow your belief, the bigger you’ll be able to grow your business. 

That comes from your personal development activities, whatever those may be. It can be reading the bible, listening to podcasts, reading books, etc. These will allow you to eventually

STEP UP A LITTLE BIT MORE, SHOW UP A LITTLE BIT MORE CONFIDENTLY, STAND A LITTLE BIT TALLER, DO THINGS A LITTLE BIT BOLDER.

You need to have an actual system for what that’s going to look like for you every single day of the week. What are the things you could do to get yourself in the best place mentally, physically, and spiritually?

SHARE SYSTEM

SHARE YOUR BUSINESS! Attract the right people to you. This is your lead generation system, and this is what you’re going to do to lead people to you organically. Adding random people on Facebook, sending them a DM and hoping that they buy something from you is NOT the way. Choose a platform that will drive people to you. A place where you can be found by people who are looking for what you have.

Imagine having QUALIFIED people finding you EVERY SINGLE DAY. You want to have something for people that are searching for what you have. It could be a blog, youtube, podcast, pinterest, etc! You need to bring cold leads straight to you.

SERVE SYSTEM

This is all about customer growth. Get yourself a real strategy for selling. It’s not just posting on social media and praying that someone’s going to see and buy it. Serve your audience in a way that brings them value and in turn, will make you more sales. You need these 3 things in your serve system to increase your sales.

1. Have a customer community – On social media, you might be sharing a lot of other things that aren’t really related to your products. You want to let them know what it is that you have. Have a Facebook group or chat that allows you to connect with them and other likeminded people. Build a relationship with them.
2. Have a customer nurturing journey – Give your customers love and attention, and let them know what you’re offering. You want to have them hooked from the moment they connect with you up until they actually buy from you.
3. Have a sales focus strategy- Have an actual strategy for selling. You will actually know what you have to do to increase your sales. That may be hosting virtual parties, giving away freebies, pop-up shops, etc. You’re not just gonna sit back and pray – you’re gonna go out there and WORK for the sales.

SUPPORT SYTEM

1. Onboarding – You need to have a system for new people joining your team. You have to think about what makes sense for your business. It needs to be something you’re able to do over and over again. There are so many different ways to onboard new members, it could be:
   • A Facebook group with training videos
   • A form that gives them instructions on how to kickstart their business
   • A team call 1-2x a week/month for new members
2. Team Wide Support – What are you going to do to support everyone on your team? Are you going to:
   • Have a Facebook group for everyone on your team where they can see all your posts
   • A Telegram chat to connect with everyone
   • A team website or Teachable where you’re uploading all the team resources
   • A weekly/monthly team call
3. Small Group Support – You need to have a support for your runners – the people who are working and building. But what does that look like? Is it going to be an ongoing thing, a one-time thing? What’s best for your business? It could be:
   • A group chat just for them
   • A Zoom call once a week
4. One-On-One Support – Basically the same thing as the small group support but for one-on-one’s only. They could be your personally sponsored people, or those directly below you. I have a booking link that I just send to these people and they can book whenever they want to meet with me.

Once you’re building a huge team, then you’re going to need a system in place for team leadership. YOU’RE GOING TO FEEL SO MUCH MORE CONFIDENT AS A LEADER WHEN YOU HAVE SOME REAL SYSTEMS IN PLACE. I use Trello board for Soul Systems and it it looks like this:

I have a list for each day of the week Monday-Sunday, and in each list there’s a card for each one of the systems. And in each card there’s a checklist of the activities that I have to do specifically for that day only.

The only card that doesn’t change is the Shine System because everyday I’m going to do my personal development – read the bible, meditate, journal, etc. but all the other cards are different for each day. This allows you to really focus and create a plan of action for your business.
