The network marketing industry is tough but I promise you when you have all the systems down, it’s going to be so so rewarding. SO here are 4 reasons why you’re NOT seeing success in your network marketing biz.

No Strategy

If you don’t have a game plan and you’re just doing random things that you think you’re supposed to be doing, you’re not gonna achieve anything. You HAVE to know what you’re doing and why you’re doing it if you want to see results. How can you see your progress if you don’t have any idea how to keep track of it? You’re just doing random things, hoping and praying that something will work, and something will happen. If this is what you’re currently doing, you’re not actually running a business, it’s just a hobby.

No Systems

You have no idea how much effort you’re putting in your business, you have no way of keeping track of anything, then honestly, you don’t even know what you’re doing. If you’re not seeing the success that you want in your business then clearly, this method is NOT working. Consistency is key. But how can you keep track of that if you don’t have a system that tells you what you should be doing daily? Consistency is more than just showing up; you also have to be doing the right things and hitting your goals. You need a process that lets you see what kind of actions you need to be taking in your business so you can see if they work. Your actions need to match your strategies.

No workflow process from cold lead to team member

In this industry, this is the most important part. You need a system where you can convert a cold lead to a potential team member. Right now, you’re just probably making a bunch of posts and reels on social media and hoping that the right person will see them, that someone will click the link, or send you a DM. I mean that’s possible but you shouldn’t rely on that. If you don’t have an actual workflow that helps guide them from being a stranger to a raving customer to a rockstar team member, then you won’t be able to level up your business, girl.

BUT I GOTCHU SIS! There’s a way that you can guide them through that authentically and organically. I’m not talking about sending them a DM telling them “OMG you’re gorgeous!” or “OMG your kids are soo cute!” – those. don’t. work.

Your actions are not aligned with you

The things that you’re doing just don’t fit you! Your actions don’t take into consideration your gifts, talents, strengths, your market, your audience… This business is not one-size-fits-all. There’s no standardized way of running a business in the network marketing industry. Every one of us is unique and what works for others doesn’t necessarily mean it’ll work for you. And that’s precisely why we only have 1% of the people succeeding in this industry. A lot of times, people don’t like the feeling that they have to be someone they’re not. That they have to do what the others are doing even if it’s not aligned with who they are. It doesn’t have to be that way! You gotta know what your strengths and talents are, where are you gonna shine? Everything you’re doing should fit your lifestyle too! If you’re a mom like me, you need a system that allows you to work on your business but doesn’t take you away from your family. There’s a way you can have all of that!
